My name is Collin Christine McShirley. I ate emotionally for many years. I didn’t always know I was an emotional eater until I received training to be able to identify it. I have a master’s degree in clinical psychology and am certified by the Centre for Eating and Dieting Disorders, and Healthy Aging from Boston University. I believe love heals. Learning to love myself and examining the reasons behind why I was overeating is what helped me heal. I know how you feel because I have personally been there. My goal is to provide the love, support, education, and structure you need so that you can love and support yourself. Change in perspective

This journal really helped me examine my eating habits. Tuning into the why-what-when-where of my eating made it so I could identify my emotions connected. Using this guide and the positivity and supported provided by the author really felt like she was on my team and I was able to lose weight in a healthy way. I highly recommend this book and the authentic eating program

Love the Authentic Eating Program

I am currently doing the Authentic Eating Program and working with Collin McShirley. Her program has helped me lose 10lbs and has changed the way I look at food. I highly recommend this program for anyone struggling with weight loss. The journal keeps me on track while I do the program. I really enjoy the motivational quotes on each page. It helps me feel inspired to keep trying.
